In parallel, you can enter the metadata that describes the items within the catalogue. Metadata includes details such as the title, description, associated notes, genre, parental rating, images and links to other items in the catalogue.
You can also group items to make playlists and "virtual" albums. The richer the metadata, the more it will help subscribers find and select items from the catalogue.
Metadata can be updated at any time, and is usually an on-going process based on feedback from subscribers.
Check the quality
Once the catalogue items have been loaded, you can view and play the items to ensure they look and sound right, and that the descriptive metadata is complete.
Ready for release?
After the catalogue items have been tested and quality checked, you can "release" one or more items. After release, subscribers will be able to view and play the new items in the catalogue from your showcase.
